Our veterans and families had a cracking day out last Friday 8th September when we visited Barnton Bunker. Big thanks go out to Ben and Jordan who showed us round the bunker that they have been painstakingly restoring to its former 1950’s glory. One of our Royal Signals veterans, Anne Alexander, spent the day reminiscing about her work in the commcen whilst working down the bunker (HIG) on many occasions during the 1970s and 80s.
